I didn't belive that the ECU would limit fuel either, oddly enough, The BD boost fooler stuck enough fuel in my motor to grab another 6-7 lbs of boost and about an extra 200* EGT's

My truck certainly did the boot scootin boogie with the fooler'

i don't know if superchips edits the boost / map curve in the ECU like edge or smarty does.

If you get a Boost fooler, make sure you clear the codes first other wise it doesn't work

I got the " Boost limit Exceeded " code as well

As for the map sensor voltage to low, i would check the 12V and 5V ref. and ground wires for proper voltage, Might be a knick in the wiring, or an ECU issue,

Find a buddy with alldata online, and print up a few wiring schematics. if you can't find one, let me know !

Just a little update : The truck has it's days where it will run great and then there will be a time where it will start it all over again??
Boost fooler is on, not one code showed up when it came time to clear and install the fooler?

Hey I was wonderin, and I failed to mention that my superchip programmer came out of my other 02' dodge, and I was wonderin if it is possible since the superchip is VIN locked, if it could possibly not be advancing the timing right on my 01 that would be causing it to run rough like it does, guess I need to try like an edge or something in it. I also drilled out all my banjo bolt fittings bigger to let it get more fuel and it is still running the same with the chip on high setting.

28#'s of fuel pressure seems a bit much to me at any rate,

Tried reseting the APPS and changing the fuel filter ?

The codes were what ? 0234 " Overboost " and like 1693 " Hey you.. there's a problem that i found in the ECU ? " or something of those sorts.

The hunting for an steady idle makes me wonder about the new injectors you put in as well, Sticking ? not flowing right.. something on those lines ?

Did you have the programmer before the injectors were installed?

Best of luck ! More info will help !!

Edit : I didn't see the second page, where i had allready pitched in my .02, so ignore most of what i said, and take what you need,

IMO, if the superchips is VIN locked, it wouldn't do any thing, not just leave timing out, cause that would be realllllly bad for a motor, but i don't know .. i'm not an expert on programmers

Its running about 14 PSI at WOT, I have reset the APPS and just changed fuel filter, cleared codes and the only one it was bringing up was 1694 (no BUS message recieved from ECM Mod). I had the programmer before injectors were installed and worked fine, also had exact same setup on my 02' and it ran great, same injectors same programmer, Aux. pump. I'm saving to get a FASS or an Airdog eventually and see what that does.

Rodney i think 1694 is something to do with the computer on the IP. Either loosing communication to the ECM or the computer is taking a dump.

Hey guys I think we got it figured out. Took ECM out of wrecked 02' and put it in my blue truck and she's running great and never misses a beat. So I'm looking to get a new ECM cause since I did that my dash gauges aren't working right. Like the oil pressure gauge don't move and check gauges light is on.I'm guessing because it is not programed right for that truck? Is there a way to use a salvage ECM and get it reprogrammed or do I need to just get a new one.
