Default Control Pad problems for Quadzilla Adrenaline

Just got my Quadzilla Adrenaline installed today on my 2001 Dodge ram 2500 and the control pad does not turn on. I double checked all my connections and reflashed the Adrenaline module but still nothing. After speaking with Quadzilla tech support they will not replace the control pad unless I pay for it because I did not buy it from them they do not want to warranty it even though it came from an authorized Quadzilla retailer off eBay. Any help would be much appreciated or if anybody has a spare control pad.

When and where did you buy it? If you paid below Quadzilla's AMP price then they will not honor the warranty. There are a lot of people saleing Quad stuff on ebay under AMP price.
