does fbd make their own or who do they use?

im not sure what gus does with them...my guess is he takes the stockers and then machines them out...either way, i know that im more than satisfied with them and will soon be getting some 240's from him...on top of that, he's got the best customer service i have ever seen....i guess this doesnt really answer your question, but i couldnt be happier with the product...ill give him a call soon when i order up the new ones and see what he does...then ill let ya know

This isn't A Common Rail. Your not going to get to 500 without changing the charger. Well get there more than once anyways.

FWIW I have Jammer 3's. It cost me $60 bucks a nozzle to have them poptested and installed on the injector. I removed and installed the injectors myself.

The jammers are ok if your going small. I, like most people who buy small injectors, have been kicking myself for not going bigger to begin with. My personal opinion is I wouldn't go much over the 100 Mark with the Jammers. After that? I'm still trying to decide that myself!

I have 150hp jammer nozzles and couldn't be happier. 23mpg, they do smoke a good bit, but my temps in the 1/4mile are right at 1500 at the end of the track. Normal driving I see 550-650 cruising, up hills and such. I don't tow very much with my truck but the few times I have the temps have never gotten hot. They did exactly what I was looking for and I think the only other thing I would want to do is a charger. My wifes truck has 100hp injectors with an adrenaline and it seems to get hotter a lot faster than my truck does.

Shop around.. I test mine for all my customers.. but most of the local injection shops will test them.. one that I have used, will test them for free, but charges 20-25 if they have to make adjustments..

Not late here, just early. Had clients to take out on the river. The life of a fisherman!
