here is what all i have done. reinstalled different tunes about 6 times, checked all plugs and cleaned and reinstalled. took off the map plug with the adr hooked up it reads 17psi then take the pig tail off the harness it reads 3psi. and took the batt off for 30min to see if that would help. Its not even a year old.

and it locked itself in warm up mode at 140deg when it was at 190deg, now i have it set at adr1000f with no warm up mode and it on with the key off it reads 55psi boost and the engine is not running. This thing is giving me a head ake i thing the processer is going out on it. Hell it could be something else but you never know what it is unless you have the right micro swich tools to play with it. This is like the third different problem i have had with it and i dont know what else to trouble shoot. Or how else to trouble shoot either. I just would like the dang thing to work i am getting out of the navy in less then 10 day and having to move to Wy To have a job and i have to be out of my house by the 30th wooo happy birthday to me.

Call Quad and get an RMA# and get it fixed. Quad will take care of it.
