opinion?
im thinking about replacing my southbend OFE clutch which has woren itself out with a valair clutch designed to handle 550 hp and 1100 ft lbs. my truck on the dyno currently hit 463 hp and 1076 ft lbs and the OFE just cant handle that power. whats the opinion of valair clutches, are they worth it?? valair seems to be about half as pricey as southbend, i was worried bout quaility.
Something does not sound right...
First off, our biggest single for a 5sp truck is not $1100 as you stated, it is under that.
Secondly, you already have the flywheel upgrade so the clutch would be way less then that. Did you tell us you already had our upgraded clutch? I don't think there has been a time we have not hooked up a customer for repeat business.
Thirdly, Looking at their site, they have nothing close to that price for the price you posted that will handle that power and comes with a flywheel.
