Default My bombs

I'm shooting for 500rwhp and I have my bombs set up in 3 stages, I almost have my first stage complete.

Stage 1
BHAF
Adrenaline/Pulse
Airdog
Clutch

Stage 2
3pc exhaust manifold
5" turbo back exhaust
BD Super B Special turbo (are there better options?)

Stage 3
CFM air intake manifold
150hp injectors
Head studs (Do I need studs with that kinda HP or is it based more off of boost?)

Is there anything I'm leaving out and are there certain things I should do before others? Also what kind of power should I expect with those mods, will it be close to 500 or should I buy bigger sticks and stack with a Smarty?

i would just do the head studs, no need for main studs, there are about 5 of us at my work that drive 500hp+ cummins, not one of us has ARP main studs in it

Your probably going to want to go bigger on the Injectors to reach 500hp on a VP44 truck with fuel only. Might want to also consider a twin setup if you do much towing.

What would you say would be a good size injector for a 500whp goal on a VP44 truck??

150's will be very close to 500hp depending on the condition of your VP44. Id say get some 200hp injectors and you will be over 500hp with the right turbo and supporting mods.

A quality 150HP injector will be plenty with the right turbo. Skip the little BD Super B unless you want fast spool. Go to a Super B special, a small twinset or a 62-71-12 or 14.

I have done over 530HP on a set of 150's. But the airflow will be the biggest issue for dyno power. Driveability will most likely be better with the smaller charger, but you will have EGT issues if towing heavy with the box on or just matting it on kill.
