Default Edge EZ or Superchips?

I need some imput, I'm running a TST powermax comp and an Edge EZ stack. Would a Superchips be any better than the EZ?

Superchips micro tuner or D box?

I don't have much experience with them but I'm pretty sure they are around the same horsepower as the EZ

if the TST adds timing (im not sure) then no you cant run the superchips tuner because it will add too much timing, now if the TST is a fuel only box then yes i believe you can run it

cummins24, microtuner is what i'm wondering about.
stkdram55 the TST is fuel only, i'm running an Edge EZ for timing now and was wondering if the Superchips microtuner would be any better than the EZ?

I want a Smarty, but my buddy needs the money. I was going to buy the superchips off of him to help him out, and give it a try if it would be worth my time.

I know a couple of guys with the microtuner and haven't had any problems out of it, smooth power, but they aren't stacking it with anything. A Smarty would give you wicked spool up if you ever decided to go that route.

Does the microtuner add any fuel, or just timing?

I'm pretty sure it adds fuel too the guys I know that have it roll a little more coal then stock. I think its rated at 70HP. More fuel=more power

i ran the superchips stacked with th EZ for years and loved it. would it be better than the EZ, i dunno the power is the same between the two on their own. and i have no idea who has more timing.

i even run it on top of the adrenaline. it does add timing, not sure how much fuel it adds, but it definately made the smoke output on top of the EZ double.

it seemed to mostly just give a puff on the low end and then clear up, but stacked it smokes pretty good
