The truck will still have old codes stored until you get them cleared, even after you fix the problem and that's more then likely where those codes came from. Once the puter recognized the problem fixed the Check Engine Light turned off.

VP44 solenoid tapp
 
If I have a Scotch Lock cheapo connector for my Edge at the solenoid tap-and believe I am having surges under load- How to fix that crappy connection at the VP44 after properly installing a Stealth Cover?

Another way to put it: If I remove the scotch lock connector and heat shrink over it-will that wire be ok? Or was it ruined with the old connector that I just took off?

Hello,i just join today forum,i want to ask a question,too many people talk about vp44 pump selenoid tap wire,this tap wire connect to ground?how does work someone can explain me please :s:
