if i put a quadzilla adrenaline on my truck will the stock tranny hold up for awhile if i take it easy....

 

if ya take it easy it will
mine is stock and still going but i know if i turn it up to ten on a strong tune i`m gonna be putting in new parts

 

how long have u had it in with a stock tranny

 

No one can take it that easy!!! Ive tried, just too much fun!!!

 

if you don't have it make any more than about 80hp it will live the longest

 

I have had mine for a couple months but I haven`t turned it up past 6 or really got on it tooo hard
saving up for a new tranny then i`m turning that sucker up to 10 and its on

 

I have had mine for over 6 months and have run the truck hard a number of times on the stock trans and haven't broke anything yet! yet being the key word!

 

It really depends on the current condition of your stock transmission. If you dont beat on it to bad it will last but we all know that impossible.

 

My stock Tranny held up for along time with Smarty and TST comp. When I got the new one It was still in tact and fully operational.

 

I tried to take it easy but it didn't really work to good only got about 10,000 km and on my way to the trans. shop today ,not sure what the condition was before i installed it ,i know it was done around around the 250k mark and now it is @330k so it needed freshened up anyway
