Here is what I learned from Quadz

If you hold the select button down for about twenty seconds when you have the Oil reading up it will start flashing, once it starts flashing you can arrow down to the Fuel and press the select button again and this will select the Fuel Pressure reading.

Re the fuel sensor
I got lucky and recieved the 0-40psi sensor.
