what kind of hp expected out 98.5

What is a realistic hp and torque I can make of this model? I'd like to be around 5 to 600 hp and as much torque as possible. Any ideas?

It's a Cummins it will make 1,000,000 hp

With the right mods 500-600hp is very possible.
