I'd be asking the seller what his source of turbos is. There are cheap turbos out there, and you get what you pay for. The seller has a lot of information about the turbos, but not how they got them. Rebuilt take offs? New OEM (unlikely)? China replicas(likely)?

I dunno. I need compounds like I need a hole in the head. Just seemed kinda weird so I threw it out for you guys to check out. Don't the hx and hy indicate that they're Holset? (If they aren't Chinese rip off's?)

Edit. You're right. They're Turbone brand Holset rip offs. Not highly regarded it appears.

RAW-
You have compound turbo's on your short bed, do you have a write up to give an idea of what we might need for a parts list to create a set of Towing Twin Compound set up?

Did you do a baseline for before and after gauge for your set up? Wondering how you support the second turbo.

I did have a write up, not sure where it went. Might have to make another one.

No comparisons except seat of the pants and watching the gauges. I have all the receipts for the parts I used somewhere, I think. My second turbo just hangs off my very heavy built, homemade hot pipe. Has for a few years without issues.

Personally I would go with a good box Borg Warner turbocharger like a S472/1.10AR to hang under the hx35, and cross drill the divider in the hx35 so it gates both sides of the exhaust.

Crazy carl makes a decent and cheap plumbing kit.

If I wasn't selling my truck, I would install my Synapse 50mm external wastegate into my system, dumping excess exhaust from the manifold into the S471. Maybe if I keep it, I will do so.
