do you have a pulse monitor with it or just the control pod?

in that case the site mentioned in post #4 has tunes on it you can flash to your adrenaline module via USB.

make sure to follow the documentation (also on that site) to get the flash updates to work.

no, it's on the module itself. has a little rubber plug covering it. you will need a mini usb cord to plug into it.
