i am trying to download the files but my computer is saying they contain virus

 

if downloading from that site, there is no virus. all were scaned with malwarebytes and symantec.

your computer might not like downloading executables though and they are all .exe files

you may need to use firefox or chrome to download them. IE usually wont let you dl an executable file.

 

okay I got the files and ready to transfer but when I hook in the usb my comp. is saying device not recognized? I am using a standard usb cable, not the one that came with it. do I need to find someone who has one or can any usb cable that fits work? thanks for the help

 

any usb that fits will work...make sure to read the documentation about updating the boxes on newer OS levels...

all quadzilla documentation they put out is on there.

 

I still cant get the device to be recognized when I plug in the adrenaline......is there an update agent I have to load before it will recognize it???? I just bought the truck.. it didn't come with any software...just the box and papers that came with it....could I get the software through someone since quadzilla shut doors???
