Default Hx40 over Ht3b twins

Guys i got a almost stock 24 valve cummins all its got is a 4inch Dynomax exhaust and was wondering what you guys thought of my wacky idea of building a set of twin turbos to put on it. Either a Hx35 over Ht3b, Hx40 over Ht3b or the same but with a Ht4b. I would like to know what all the parts i need to do this setup and how it will work with my stock truck/what mods will i need to coexist with the twins, remember i am on a high school type budget! thats why im not doing a s300 over s475 with a 13mm p pump.

also I plan on eventually p-pumping it in the late future so any input on either subject would be very helpful/appreciated, thank you

Well since you are on a tight budget might as well do the hx35 or ht3b. It will have stock spool with some good top end. Remember in order to use that air you need to add fuel.

**The absolute first mods need to be an aftermarket lift pump and a fuel pressure gauge, then transmission mods or clutch.
