Not using the heater delete
Not sure what you mean , the heater deletes are no big deal at all the heaters dont take up much room in the intake , if i was to fabricate a horn i would make it to where i could still use the OEM intake heaters

I've heard just the delete improves airflow the same amount as an intake horn would. So I figured if i do both it would be that much better. Since I live down south no real need for the heater delete so I would just make it longer to eliminate the heater grid/delete. Just don't know if the added work in modifiing the 4" to fit the flange is worth it over just using 3". But I'm leaning towards your idea of just keeping the heater grid just in case.

Bomb expansive horn!

Just by looking at the design and head casting on mine, IMO, there would b much gained by just doing some porting and polishing right where the horn flanges with the head. They dont match very well at all and look very restrictive to me.

Any pics of the AirForceOne intake horn? They don't list it on their site.

Yeah DM but when you add ALL of them up it is a pretty good restriction. I noticed a difference in the 89 pulling them out. I will leave them in the 06 though.

they show the Graph for each one. I think it was on DTR.
I couldn't find it. I searched for "TRE Dyno test" and only found one chart. It didn't apply at all.
