i just installed an AirDog 100 2 weeks ago along with a vulcan DSV, the issue that im having is sometimes when i come to a stop the fuel gauge on edge j/a shows 7-8 psi sometimes even 2psi sometimes even making left or right turn, edge will start beeping stating low fuel pressure then it goes away a sec. later and im back at 16psi wot is fine at 14-15psi i extended the cables and plugged in the fuel sensor on the port that the airdog has. it is mounted direct, no snubber etc. is the edge fuel gauge any good or are they just so so? before the airdog install sensor was tapped at the vp and had no issues. truck runs great just worried about fuel pressure fluctuating. also truck had half tank when it did it now its below 1/4 tank and im running it this way to make sure i dont have 1/4 tank issues. any help would be awesome, thanks in advance

 

I would def try it with a full tank. As far as the edge gauges I have one myself. They are ok but it goes through a sensor and a computer to give you a readout on the screen. Where a mechanical gauge is straight to it. I have mine tapped about a foot before the vp running a fass 150. I would try a mechanical gauge to make sure you are seeing the right psi(most auto part stores will let you rent one) Just have to hook it up right. Also it could be the airdog causing the issue. The new ones are known to give problems so I wouldnt rule that out just yet.
