Default Unwanted lope?

I have a buddy that has a 99 cummins. Its believed to have a hot rod pump, .063? Connector tubes, and different Turbo wheels. We know for sure it has 150 HP injectors, an edge attitude.
We just put the injectors in it and it still has this unwanted lope. Anyone had this issue n have a clue what it could be??

I will add a video of it idling in a bit to make diagnosis easier. Just need to get it on my photovucket so I can add it.

I was talking to him and he can't remember it doing this before the chip. Is that common or has it been doing it and he just not remember?
Also its not hurting anything is it?

Here's the video of it running. Hopefully link works.

Sounds normal to me, when you get it off idle does it smooth out?

Yes but as soon as u let off the throttle at any rpm it does that studder steadily for about 2-3 seconds.
He said before the injectors it didn't do it till about 160* temp. It hasn't been cold since the install so not sure yet if it does it from cold or not now.

Backwards of our issue. This only does it after it warms up some.

Put stock size tubes back in it and i bet it will be 1000X better

Basically same setup as your buds truck
