Did you flip your turbo backwards? I wanna see a pic of it on the truck, the routing looks completely backwards from the pics you showed

Yeah that's what I'm looking at... That's not right.. Unless he was aiming for the middle of the hood. I think I'm just going to make one myself. Question though. I'm not sure the name of it but the last piece of the turbo closest to the cab that the down pipe connects to there is 4 bolts in that piece can you rotate that so the pipe comes out towards the fender?? Then FBI the rest of the pipe from there?

no the turbo wasnt moved at all ill set it on the truck so you can see and yes the pipe came almost to the middle of hood.

This should be interesting. Only way I can see that working is if the manifold is flipped, raising the turbo.

no with the bent it went towards the valve cover by coolant hose by manifold then out hood so almost to middle but not quite. and the exhaust off the turbo was turned some to. if i remember ill get pics tomorrow at work i still have the hood on the truck i got a new one but i need to sand down n prime

loosen the clamp holding exhaust piece turn it and bang it lines up with a little work and theres you hood stack

On my 78 chevy that we stuck a cummins into took a stock down pipe cut it up a bunch and made it fit via my arc welder now it barely sticks out the hood and I welded on a piece of 5" to the hood so it can open close without a big gap. Didn't take too long and since I am running a divorced passenger drop case was much simpler than trying to route around the t case.
