Pull the dipstick and see what it looks and smells like. If you rev it up to 2500 in gear, does anything happen? When I lost a snap ring, I lost all but 1st and 2nd. Reving to 2500, I was able to get it to creep in reverse.

The snap ring I broke was for the forward clutch. I think your into something more extreme.

Check oil level with the engine off, and while its running. If it is the same level, it may be an input shaft or flex plate issue.

I'm thinking it's the input shaft

Well checked the fluid with the truck off n it was like brand new cause I change it a month a go. Turned the truck on and it went down to ok Mark witch is good. Put it in reverse n it would only go up to 2000 Rpms, put it in park n it wouldgo to 3200 Rpms put in low n would only go up 2000 Rpms so Idk whats going on there so where do I look from here.

A bad feeling in my gut tells me you broke a planetary gear set. The bang, not being able to move, I bet it load the engine up when it's in gear and you apply throttle?

If this is the case, your going in deep. I hope it's something lesser and someone more aware of these transmission than I can try to help you out.

Through the torque converter. It's like your doing a brake stand, without the tires turning.
