I keep hearin all the good stuff about the adrenaline but so far all the reports talk about using it in an auto tranny. How's it runnin in manual trannies and what's the power differences.

 

Ive sold a few to guys with Manual Transmissions. A clutch upgrade is a must!!!! Some of the higher HP tunes are a little touchy but its something you can get use to.

 

So far notin has been able to touch this SB Con O Clutch I have been runnin for well over 100,000 now. I've played with the Comp on 5X5 and some trailers just a little over the legal weight and still haven't ever spun the clutch. I take that back, I did smoke it once playin. Comp on 5X5 and tried a high RPM launch. That smoked it.

 

With the Adrenaline's Comp Tune if your going to Boost Launch I recommend a SB DD Clutch.

No doubt I want one, I'm just tryin to figure out why I think I need one.

I'm no racer, I don't really care about the launches, I was just playin that day. As far as speed goes let me be the first to tell you this truck is a dog.

 

Add some medium sized injectors to really wake your truck up. If you can stay out of it you will also gain some MPG. The Quad is nice because it is upgradeable and has great features. Quad is comming out with new tunes almost daily for the Adrenaline. Try one out if you dont like it........ send it back to me.

 

I have to stick to my RV275 sticks cause I know I can't afford a bigger turbo and with the loads I use this truck for I don't want any extra heat being an issue.

 

I didnt "Need" It either But its sure is fun !
