Default EGT gauge screwy

I was just getting my truck ready to leave for Carlisle Truck Nationals and my Glowshift EGT gauge is sweeping constantly with the key on engine off and when I start it it goes full high. If I disconnect the pink wire the gauge goes to 0 with key on engine off but with the wire disconnected when I start it it goes full high.... Any ideas? Id like to figure this out before I head up there... Thanks

i have a glow shift 3 in 1 guage that goes blank every month, and glow shift says return guage and they will test it! but they wont test for month! so i will just get the poc!!! back, so i live with till i save for reliable guage.

I talked to a Glowshift rep at the show and he said they upgraded to a stepper motor design to cure their problems with them. He replaced my 3yo faulty gauges free of charge with the new design... Guess I will see how this one holds up
