Default pump mods on hybrid turbo

ok fellas i have a 96 12v, i just did a hx35/hx40 hybrid on it and 4k gsk, the engine was just built and does have o rings and studs, my turbo has no wastegate, and i was wanting to run no plate and i have a rack plug on the way, my injectors as of now are stock, my question is what other mods should i do to my pump? will adjusting the afc and starwheel benefit me any? thanks for any help!

adjusting the afc will help but your hybrid is close if not already over fueled. running the thing with no gate drastically shortens its operational life span. you should without a doubt make the wastegate operational!!! the fuel plate is a tuning device. yes you can make a bit more power without one but you loose that ability to tune. i personally dont rcommend to anyone running plateless on anything.
