I sold my Ford before I pulled the trigger on a new box but I was very impressed with these guys after a long phone conversation.

I just ordered one of the Borgeson box's for my truck. I was in the same boat as you after replacing mine 3 times with reman'd units from the parts store (long story). Mine should be here in a few days and I'll post back my results.
I'd personally go with the Borgeson for a few reasons - Warranty, its a Delphi unit which is much better in design then the Saginaw design (from the 90's) which is all the RedHead box is. They just upgrade an internal seal or bearing for better feel but still retain the same crappy design as the old box. Plus cost wise they are about the same so I wanted the Borgeson. I got it from autoplicity.com who seemed to have the cheapest price with shipping - $350 to my door.

Mine has play and wanders a lot. I just bought the borgeson box (after speaking with some members of other boards), a steering box stabilizer (Ebay $114 shipped), and a Moog track Bar ($100 from Advance Auto). I know I'm going to need a steering shaft soon because my steering box has failed twice now losing all power steering, once while plowing and once while towing my 5th wheel which put a ton of strain on the steering shaft (and my arms). Within the next few weeks I'll be buying a borgeson steering shaft as well.

Just a heads up - I got the borgeson box yesterday and its a nice looking unit made in the USA. I also wouldn't replace the pump , lines and shaft unless you really have to. The OEM pump and lines should be fine, the shaft sucks though.
I also meant that the Saginaw design was from the 60's not the 90s my bad.
