i have an air dog df200 on my truck, got it not two long ago. just finished up rebuilding my engine, went to fire it the first time and had 70psi fuel press. adjusted it down to 50psi. now it keeps blowing the fuse. ive had the pump completely apart, nothing clogging it stuck in the gerotor, no blockages. no bad wires ect. hooked an amp gauge up to see what it was drawing. 16.5 amps. after about two min of running under various engine loads and rpm it jumps up to 28 amps and the fuse blows. can anyone tell me what could be causing it to blow the fuse? or any problems they have had with their air dog fuel system. really getting to my whits end here.

 

sounds like the motor is dragging and could be a warranty issue

 

I sent them an email yesterday. Waiting for a reply. Hoping someone could give me a idea of what to look for in case i missed something. Thanks forthe input much appreciated.
