Default Low budget combo

So I've been reading up on different combos for using the stock turbo. I have the wh1c on my 95' 4x4 auto with recent stock rebuild accept for the shift kit. I'm getting ready to order my 4k gsk with 60lb exhaust springs tonight. I'm going to leave the motor mods at that until I can pick up a tripple disk and valve body. After the trans mods are done I'm not going to get to crazy with the motor. The current mods I have are in my sig, here are the rest I want to do-

4k gsk w/exhaust springs
Pump timing 16.5*
0 plate
Afc washer mods and some foot grinding
Rack plug
75 or 90 hp injectors or some sdx 5x12s
18.5 cm housing off earlier cummins

I already have wastegate line pinched going to wh1c
Bhaf
3" straight exhaust
Shift kit
100 plate
Pyro, boost,fuel pressure
4.10s on 265 75 16s
How much power do you guys think I would get? Shooting for enough to get me into the 13s. I'm at sea level. Input/suggestions are welcome

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

My pump is a stock 160. I'm also going for mods that increase mpgs when cruising . The truck is a dd almost never tow and when I do it's a light trailer a short distance

I wouldn't do the bigger ex. housing, to laggy. Rotate the barrels makes for around 50 horse and it's free. I like a 100 plate better than a 0 plate. That setup without injectors will probably max out the wh1c.

Got the 100 plate already, scratch the exh housing. How do you rotate the barrels? And your sig says 1/2" timing. I assume the 1/2" is from the tdc mark on your balancer. Is that a different method of timing? Do I need a dv socket to rotate the barrels?

do all your valve springs...not just exhaust. ditch that big housing... i wouldn't mess with the barrels imo... you can max ur stock turbo without throwing your pump out of wack with afc mods.

as much as i like the guy i would never recomend timing by the timing mark on the balancer. timing is in .001 of an inch you can only be so accurate with the balancer method. it a guess at what you really... set it at.

Thanks for the help everyone. I'll pick up 6 more springs in a couple weeks. Whats this I read about stock gov spring for afc housing? Is that a mod for higher than 35 psi or what? Since I'm changing those out soon I'll have one I could throw in
