Depends if you are trying to do this on a budget, or like doing stuff yourself. To get a injector pop tested it can cost anywhere from 10-35 dollars depending where you live. Most Big rig shops have the capabillity to do it. SO you want 5x12 and those cost about $250 then you have to figure out how much it will be to pop test them somtimes you you will be close to full injectors by the time its all said and done.

 

You could build your own pop tester.

I really liked how the website you linked for the tips explained the hp rating and what it's based on. I would call around diesel injector shops around your area to see how much it cost to pop test and shim your injectors so they match. Then buy the tips and install the tips on your injectors and then bring them to the shop you found to have them pop test and matched. Your time will be worth the savings and knowledge gained
