Controlling heat will be the problem, compound turbos will help.

That's what I was thinking...twins would be best.. my jeeps really all I pull... and I was wondering i see u have a 3500. Do u have 4.10 gears? I was wondering if I should change them?

What would u think punching 500hp w 311,000 miles on my engine?

I wouldnt expect it to last very long with those miles and 500 hp. Heat is deff. going to be a factor even with compounds and conservative fuelling. expect to add a water kit.

maybe, depends on condition of the engine. Of course if we all had plenty of money the best thing to do would be to start with a fresh rebuild and some upgraded internals.

Lol that would be the best. I can't do that ... I wouldn't be towing much. I guess best bet would be get her checked out before loading it with power.. I talked to a cummins tech he said just do head gasket and clean the head for what u wanna do the engine will handle it.

I have the 3.50 something gears, and I wish I had 4.10s, but all I do is tow with mine. It is not a daily driver.

If you run empty with 4.10s you will not like it. You will be turning about 2500RPM at freeway speed depending on what size tires you have.

Are you 4X4?

Does your truck have any blow by? Or use any oil? If not pull the head, deck it, new cummins headgasket, stud it and go
