Default Fender stack..we aint talking amps here!

Instead of the hood stack I decided to go with a fender stack..
My goal was to be similar to the old military rigs but on a more aggressive scale.

Its 4" from turbo to tip.
Everything is just clamped together right now except for the first elbow that I did weld. That way if I change my mind or want to redesign (or the cops hassle) I can tear it all down. If a few weeks go by and no trouble I'll weld it and work out a better retaining idea than plumbers tape. I figure when I weld it I will clean it completely so Im gunna have some fun with the color tomarrow its going competition orange!
Im thinking possibly of notching the fender and raising the whole stack up about4-5" for a cleaner look and to prevent the risk of rub when I get 35's back on

The diesel doesnt see much offroad so I think im okay, mainly just muddy farm roads with no flexing. Although I do think im gunna move it upwards into the fender, it just looks funky from straight on because of how low it hangs

i think it would look better right out of the fender, where the stock air box and antenea are. would look trick as hell if you could some how rig that up???

What about running it under the airbox area, above the inner wheel well, and have it come out right below and to the left of the antenna if you are looking at it from the side like the last pic? Just a quick idea . That way all your mounting would be behind the fender with nothing on the outside except the pipe.

We both had the same idea at the same time

Interesting, not my cup of tea but if you like it rock it my friend.

I would try something like Virgil and Turbo said just to get it out of the way of the tire.

Right now its drying after a nice coat of competition orange header paint, wont be able to say much until I see it in the day light.

I was also thinking it might be better coming straight out of the fender there just isnt a whole lot of room. I thought there was alot more until I pulled the inner fender skirt out before cutting. Would have to relocate the bhaf and intake tube somewhere..

I was thinking of running the intake tube over the motor and out the drivers fender to a precleaner...sort of have air in on one side, air out on the other. opinions?
