Default do i need a new billet input?

hey guys just pulled apart my tranny and ive gone pretty far into it $ wise and i noticed the splines on the input shaft are lightly twisted... is this normal? should be fine or is this a weak link and better off to replace it now while the trannys out n apart? i mean id rather just do it right from the start so should i wait for some more $ n order the shaft its not too badly bent my buddy n i were looking at it for a few second trying to imagine if it was bent or if it was the beer we drank but its definately bent....
