Default dual valve cover breather

i just saw this and wondered if it would really stop the blow by completely or will it only stop it some? i could really use some advise

no. it'll spread it out maybe to make it look like less but if your rings are shot is it gonna rebuild your engine for you? i highly doubt it

How much blowby do you have? Blowby is pretty normal.. is it hammering out of the oil tube beneath the truck real good?

by locating the blowby vent to the top of the engine you minimize the ammount of condensed oil that comes out of the blow by tube, does nothing more. of course you'd have to plug the stock location, it isnt necessary but kind of pointless if you dont.

If you want excessive blowby to stop you need to get new piston rings
