I dont think the little aurora 3000, believe its a 59/65/(12 or 14), will be enough with the amount of fuel he's running with full cut DV's, no plate, and whatever size "big" injectors he's running. If he goes with ATS, an Aurora 4000, 64/70/(12, 14, or 16), would probably be a better turbo.

Im gonna make a guess and say a 64/71/14, like an Super Phat Shaft 64, would be good for the amount of fuel you're running. Anyone else wanna chime in?

kinda hard not knowing what size "big" injectors are. Also what power level and goals is the OP shooting for?

Hmmm well if you're going to be pulling trailers you're going to want something fast spooling, but if you're doing truck pulls, you're going to need something that's not gonna choke out in the high RPM's also. Unless we can know exactly what size injectors you have, its gonna make it hard to pick out exactly what charger you need. Any way you could call Woodrift Diesel and find out what size they are?

your stock charger with its small housing and turbine wheel are overspooling the turbo. thats why your making so much boost with a stocker vs a bigger charger
