hard to rebuild? never rebuilt a trans before. is there any special tools needed to build one? thanks fellas!

od will need a good press to get the internal part apart, it has an 800lbs spring in it and there is a planet and output shaft that have to line up to get it back over the intermidate shaft, its not hard if you have the right tools, the rest of the tranny is pretty straight forward and easy, just pay attention to how everything comes apart because thats how it needs to get back, there are some washers that only go one way

its easy to do... there is a download manual... if i was closer i would help ya


or go to goerend spend the 4800 and get a nasty trans with a billet input and billet flex plate...
