Tuning Tips
Well you can always do the fuel plate grind (#0 or 100), move the AFC housing, crank the star wheel, clamp off boost hose coming off of turbo to get more boost, drill out filter housing for more air, adjust rack travel, adjust timing if you can find the tools or borrow them; these are all free mods.
Mack rack plug, 370's, upgrade kits from various turbo suppliers to tweak the stock turbo, studs; these are relatively cheap mods.

I dont' think he's looking for bombs, he's looking for tuning.
ie: Timing at around 15.5 for a stock headgasket
the stock turbo is only "good" to about 36psi, after that it is super heating the air and it is no longer effecient. Adjust your boost elbow and/or wastegate accordingly.
