anyone done one from a 7.3 to a 12 valve? what am i lookin at getting into here?

 

Its alittle bit of work I think. I got a few friends that have done 7.3L to common rail cummins swaps and those talk more work than a 12v swap. But what you would need is the adapter plate, trans controller, motor mounts, flex plate, and a few miscellaneous little parts and pieces

yeah just a few hours ago, he did really well on helping me out too, we'll see what he comes up with tomorrow, your guys' customer service is by far the best i've ever dealt with!
