Default DV's

im thinkin about gettin some dv's for my truck. would 024's be alright with my 5x12's?
are they a good option or is there better out there for a truck that frequently tows (broke down chevy's n stuck fords...)
eventually i'd like to end up with a good solid 400 hp truck

a good upgrade would be a set of 181's, altho your current dv's will do fine for your goals. IMO for 400hp there is no need to go any bigger

yea i agree, 024's are big, i currently run 191's and like them just fine. you can read my sig and compare and contrast to your truck. if i could figure out how to change my sig.

A 191 flows more than a 024, they are also 8mm vs 7mm.

there's nothing wrong with them, i was just lookin to get a little more power out of the truck. i wasnt sure if maybe they were limiting me in any way. i'm not looking for smoke, actually if i could make it smoke less i'd be happy

I have the DDP 042s, that say 024 on them, but they're 8mm. Where do they fit in the mix?
