Default ? cheap fuel plate

ive seen fuel plates going for like $30 on ebay and was curious if anyone has run these and if they were any good. also is a 100 my best bet for a daily driver. thanks guys

They make super cheap ones... its called grind them yourself! But seriously buying a plate is the least cost effective thing you could do. As for what you wanna run, your gonna hear different things from everyone from a 10, 100, 0, no plate, ect. I run a 0 full forward which is basically no plate. If you have a heavy foot and like your fuel mileage then that is not the set up for you. So i would say something along the lines of a 100 plate would be fine. Just my .02

i would do a gov. spring first it makes a world of difference

i bought a plate off of ebay. there's nothin wrong with em, but i ended up yankin it out n runnin no plate at all

To add a little info to my post and ltr450's if your gonna buy a fuel plate and feel comfortable making your own fuel plate i would def. put the money toward the gov. springs. I bought a 4k kit and just took the center spring out so when i tear it down this summer i can go ahead and put the 4k in because if you think 3 is good 4 is even better!

for DD and pulling the ocassional trialer, i like the 100 plate myself. if u have access to a grinder, save the 30 bucks, and grind a plate urself. then u can have the satisfaction of saying u made your own
