I got 370's but they acted like it was luggin at lower rpm's but other than that they are great, ant they do help out mileage, even when I'm Layin on it

just depends on how ur pump is tuned how long u go without spooling your turbo and if its auto or manual but i didnt have much done at all with my auto i put everything in while the truck was parked
