ok this is driving me nuts i know how to tune the AFC and all that good stuff but what does it mean when everyone says the AFC housing if moved full forward

not much. the AFC housing is slotted where the bolts go, so it has a few mm of adjustability.

wait so is this talking about like sliding the fuel plate basically? any pictures would help

no bud u know the 4 bolts that u loosen to take the afc itself off to get to the fuel plate? well loosen the bolts dont take them out this time and move ur afc ull see it goes back and forth itself. move it towards the radiator or ff and tighten it down. remember ff dont mean full hp so if u know how to tune ur good. but ull see much more smoke and a little more power if u slide the afc itself all the way forward which all the way forward is about half inch

holy crap i never woulda figured that out in a million years im gonna go move my around tomorrow just to have some fun my have some fun and play the jerk that smokes the retards out in the left lane going 30 in a 40 thanks a lot i've been trying to figure it out just by reading peoples post but have had no luck

no problem man and ill play that game to with my new 370's when i finish up my truck . and another thing the fuel plate bein out has always with my truck caused less power and smoke and ive played with the afc alot. guess thats y i have 4 different bolts holding it in

you've gotten less power and smoke with it out? mine was like another machine when i took it and and it actually smoked which used to be impossible to do but you also got your smoke screw in i haven't touched any of that stuff yet i haven't been able to take a night and just sit down and tune it all i need to though

oh son! send that afc over here ill fix'r up i have had mine off and fixed all my buddies a million times i dont just turn this swap that cut this grind that like most do when there in a hurry

when u cut ur barrel and foot and swap ur washers get the afc spring kit! i made my smoke screw flush with the locknut and the afc ff helps quite abit
