Went with the SDX I's, bigger than the stock auto trans injectors. was told they're the equivellant of the 97 manual trans trucks with the 215 pump. figured that'd be a good step. plus i threw a 3k gsk in there. im thinking about installing a small booster pump to feed the stock lift pump. i've read somewhere that efficiency of the stock lift pump drops as rpm's go up unless its force fed. Maintaining proper pressure will do well for mileage too and 500 bucks for an air dog is out of the bracket right now. bought an injector puller too, its basically like everyones home-brew tool you hear about but quality of it is great. PM me if you'd want to check it out. its like 18 bucks or 24 bucks for one that works for 1st, and 2nd gen. they're apparently working for a 24v puller too.

this company also sells unique overflow valves, they've got like 4 or 5 valves for different truck builds. they're about the same price as the bosch and they're supposed to be very robust. the seat wont take a pounding from the detent.

Your talking about Torq Teck's products... I'm going to be running their new OFV040 overflow valve here really soon, once they finally do ship, and I've got high hopes for it

The OFV regulates how much fuel is returned to the tank. Tork Teks new OFVs get rid of the check ball and the spring, and the size of the orfice dictates how much fuel is sent back which if less fuel is being sent back through the return, it'll raise your fuel pressure. I ordered their OFV050HP on Friday, we'll see if it does raise my FP. I know at WOT my FP goes to ~13psi.

Heres what they say on their site:
CUMMINS P PUMP HIGH PERFORMANCE OVERFLOW VALVE OFV050HP - Tork Teknology
