Default making a manifold and putting on a bigger turbo

well finally upgraded from a piece of a chevy and got myself a 97 cummins 12 valve , got it for 3 grand and id decent shape but alota km's 630k but i know thats nothing for these ol girls my goal is a million, ok so here we go i had a # 10 fuel plate and got quite a few fines to went to a 100, now itll smoke tires while driving at 100 km/h wich is a good thing but boost dropped from 35psi to 30 ,, and egts ate at about 12k. ,, i have an old industrial engine same block as my 12 valve but exhaustt manifold is 2 inch pipe so im thinking i should make some flanges up on our milling machine and try to fit the turbo off of the industrial engine too cause its bigger,, or just set up twin turbo? piggyback ? if i was to make my stock turbo blow through my bigger turbo then combine both outlets int intercooler? let me know guys

Knowing what turbo is on the industrial engine will help out a bunch. an hx35-HT3B twin set is pretty common and one of the cheapest.
