Default more fuel n air

i know there are a lot of threads pertaining to this area but i wanna know what would be best for my needs. i've got a little spare change n im lookin to add a little more giddy up to my truck. im lookin at SDX for injectors, either 5x12's or 5x14's. n as for a turbo i really have no idea. i see al these numbers bein thrown around n i dont quite understand what they mean yet.
i was hopin i could get some input from u guys about what i should do. i do tow with the truck, rescuin friends broke down vehicles (01 chevy 1500 can be seen on the trailer just about every month...), tractors, livestock, scrap metal...... so what injectors n what turbo?

i would go 62/68/14 and 5x12's. you could go bigger like the guy above but thats a lotta HP which means your gonna need more supporting mods to keep your truck in one peice.

IMO don't go any bigger than a 5x.012, as for a charger a 62 mm compressor with a small turbine wheel and housing. A 62/68 would be great, but you can find a used 62/65/14 or 12 for a lot cheeper
