I thought that actually weakens the crank, kinda like welding the cam gear to the cam?

got mains ARP is putting me a rod kit together
I already have the con- rods so there going in
I am using a industrial cam for the 12V it has a higher and longer lift whats the benefit of the 24V core?

I have never had/seen 24V rods on a 12V whats required?
haisley machine makes the peice I'm talking about

I have a mill I may try to make it myself? just replicate the stocker out of a 3/16 chunk of alum? and you say coolant bypass as in drill hole in that rear FP and run a hose back there allowing more flow to #6 correct?

yes, the ball valve and hose comes off that peice in the rear.

It's common practice, the crank keyway will not hold, we weld the cam gears also, as do many others.

Stock short block 300K miles with only a block stiffener, crank and cam are both welded.

Front right axle broke 5 seconds in.

The bypass was routed back to the radiator, you can see it mounted to the fender.

RPM causes it, not the injection pump.
