nitrous

Ok thanks to the guys who were actually helpful. You answed my questions I had. I didn't wanna waste $200 on something that was going to end up with a headache at the end... and to the other 2 guys thanks for the addition of you post count, maybe next time you'll have something knowledgeable to say... then again I doubt it.

with a stock turbo it would be a disaster. the drive pressures would be INSANE. with a quality aftermarket turbo that will "flow" a 150 shot with that combination will make you happy in the pants. i had the exact same setup and was running a mild shot that would clear the smoke very well, using a 64/71/14 HTT turbo. BTW i had stock timing, stock motor 171K (head, head gasket, head bolts, bottom end)..... BUT it could have ended badly, always use Nitrous at your own risk..... remember ultimately in the end you are the one pushing the button, kind of like "only you can prevent forest fires"......

I run a 100 shot on the track, but have my wastegate set fairly low and it works well. The extra cylinder pressure everyone talks about is also called horsepower, so to me that's a good thing. But spraying your setup could give you close to 500 hp, and that's out of the range that a stock turbo can handle, just no room for all that exhaust to go. 400-450 hp is probably the most the stock head bolts can handle too, but that depends on timing.

Keating machine uses stock head bolts in their engines, not really sure how though. Any way here is my helpfull little piece of advise, nitrous is like a beautiful woman with AIDS you know you want to hit it but your scared of the consequences.
But i'm also a sled puller so not much of a fan of the giggle.
