Default Planning future bombs looking for advice

So I applied for a new job and I'm hoping I can get one... theres atleast 3 people in the company working on getting me in.

It pays $18-23 starting pay and 40-however many hours I want a week.

Now what to do with all that new found coin if I get it. Obviously put about 20% back for retirement and savings for a house but at 19 and living with my parents that still leaves me with a lot of coin to decide what to do with it.

Obviously as an enthusiast I'm thinking truck parts!

But this is where I need your help the planning stages...

So what do you guys think I should do Performance? Apperance? Both!?

Option #1 is Tow mirrors and Pre-runner style bumpers, a second fullsize spare and tire carriers, headlights, and taillights.

Option #2 is a Suncoast transmission, 4k gsk, flex-a-lite dual electric fan, 60# intake and exhaust springs, grid heater delete, and a new intake horn.

Currently I put down 276 and 688 and I'm hoping with a transmission and a gsk I could put that up to 325 or so because it slips alot now (all stock tranny)

Well guys give me your opinions... the good the bad the ugly let me have it let me know what you would do if you owned my truck and had a little extra $$$ to play with.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

Well here are some pics of it so you guys know what I'm working with. She ain't much but shes mine

I recently put some duplicolor on the rockers I'll try and get some pics of that up soon

Feel free to tell me what you would do or change!

Good luck on the job.

Do you like shiny, lots of work to keep clean, or mean looking?

I would start with the trans. Don't do like me and put power to it and toast the trans.

The truck already looks good. What plans do you have apperance wise?

With the extra coin you could always move out, but I don't know what your relationship with your parents are... I know I had to leave as soon as I could. I hated living with my parents.

i'd have to say first things first before any other is get the tranny because one thing these 12v's are bad about are tearing apart stock tranny's ( i've had 3 and on number 4) but this time i got a 600 hp torque converter put in and some higher end parts in the tranny itself. after that i'd go with getting rid of the freaking fuel plate and cranking it up and make sure you get rid of that silencer ring in the turbo you'll love it it sound 100 times better and tranny boost and egt gauges.. that's about how far along i am right now but you can read my sig and see what im going to to once i sell my 400 ex trx

I'm thinking apperance wise put a roll pan on the back and build a tube skeleton bumper, put on a tire gate, and put on dual 6" gloss black mitres, another tire carrier in the front of the bed for my 2nd spare damn directional tires. Then out front I want to run something like an Addictive Desert Design bumper

As for the parents I live with my dad and if he ever kicks me out my moms got me covered and I'll just move in with her. I'm looking at buying a house in her neighboorhood sometime in the next 4 years probably.

I'm thiking about getting one of the DTT, Suncoast, or Goerand transmission with all upgraded internals except for billet shafts. It's already sans the fuel plate and silencer ring. and I have a homeade cold air intake. I would love to do a Farmboys diesel 5" turbo back.

I'm almost done installing my gauges too

I know but apperance can always come second but I do like looking good while doing it. Funny how some women have the same charachteristics Apperance can come after they have good personality and are smart or atleast have common sense

Not to take this thread in the wrong direction, but I've almost always found that beauty is inwardly driven. A woman who is all put together under the surface will be beautiful on the outside also, even if she doesn't match the current Hollyweird or New York fashion scene or size. I've also seen women that could grace the cover of Playman magazine -- until they open their mouth and ruin everything...

Same goes for vehicles. When I hear some vehicle come by me that makes the ground pound, I'm impressed even if the driver hasn't finished the interior or painted it yet. Saw a Mustang on the freeway this afternoon that did exactly that. As I passed, I noticed the fuel pump and filter sticking out near the frame rail by the tank, and also noticed the seriously lowered stance, wheel wells filled with the real deal. He had a gauge package and a hood scoop where you could see the high ram from the rear. Serious business that was about 5 different colors on the outside, a work in progress, but impressive nonetheless.
