Hey guys in Az i need some help with gettin my timmin done. Theres one shop here in tucson that will even look at a 12 valve and they want 300 to do the timin

spend 190 bucks on the tool and do it yourself. its simple. and the tools even come with instructions

X2 do it yourself its pretty easy if you know how to wrench. not to mention you will have the kit and can change it whenever you want instead of having to pay 300 bones everytime

Snap-On seems to be the most popular place for the kit.

ya you can get it form snap-on there is also a few diesel places online that you can buy from, i think pure-diesel has them.

ummm SP500 is the snap-on part #(i believe), they are $209 at pure diesel power

ya you can get it at snap on but it doesnt come with the dv socket. its like 260 with that. i got mine on ebay for 189 with the socket and its the same tool with free shipping. and the snap on guys normally have to special order those tools. cheaper faster and easier just to get it on ebay IMO. and it came with a step by step instruction kit too with a table for all the timing settings for each pump
