97 has a mechanical pump driven off the cam lobe.

why would you wanna go electric?

He might want to eliminate changing that OEM fuel filter...what a PITA

If you are doing this for performance reasons - you really dont need it until your get 600-700 hp or so.

They do make FASS units specifically for 12V's but Im not too sure what the difference is. You can posts in the FASS forum and Dan from DPP will be able to answer any/all of your questions.

i've been wondering the same thing. it'd be nice to have the pump back by the tank where it should have been in the first place.

well it shouldn't be to hard to figure out how to hook it up to the pump.

now.... would it be worth it? or is the 12V lift pump just as good if not better?

just take it out and put a wad of duct tape on the cam where it's supposed to go.

i get tired of having to always figure out the easy stuff for you.
