Southern Diesel Extreme they build awesome injectors and can get you anything you will ever want or need for your truck and they run a great business!

hook your wastegate back up and do some more pump mods. There free and make a good difference.

After that add some head studs, timing, good set of injectors, and a charger.

A Cummins mechanic blocked my wastegate which I didn't like at the time but he said it wouldn't hurt anything. So you are saying hook it back up with a boost elbow. What pump mods are you talking about? I guess I'm getting close to the limits of my clutch so I don't want to go over that yet my clutch is rated for 400/800 and is a 13" Cono. In your experience how much over the rating will the clutch handle.

it all depends on how you drive, could last a while could last a few weeks. I have no experience with going over my clutches rating other than a stocker and it did not last very long.

Your wastegate being blocked can hurt the motor and your turbo. With no way of venting exhaust energy overspeeding the stock charger is not very hard, doing this time and time again will eventually result in a turbo failure.

I was talking about afc mods and removing your plate, both are free.

I heard your throttle can stick if you remove plate is that true. My turbo never goes over 35psi or 25 when towing. Do you think that is to much for a stock turbo? Sorry for all the questions?

do you have a rack plug if not you should be fine with that an 35psi is not to much for a stock charger

I'm new to this I've had my truck since it was new. So I have to ask what is a rack plug? Excuse my ignorance.

First, tune your afc. Put your afc full forward and put your fuel plate full forward. This will make a HUGE noticeable difference. If you are more technically skilled, grind the barrel and repack the washers. You have a 215pump, so dont worry about delivery valves.

Second, Yes. Put a boost elbow on gated to 35psi.

Third, STICKS!! Get some 90hp sticks from SDX. They will work fine w/ your truck, give you better mileage, less smoke, and lower egt's.
