all the ppump use 12mm barrels and plungers in there stock form. The 215 is a good pump don't get me wrong it has a better cam that allowes more fill time than the 175 and 160 pumps.

The 160 pumps have made BIG numbers, heck I made 570rwhp with my 175 pump that I tweeked.

alright so what needs to be done internally on the pump?

afc modded, keep your 181 dv's, remove fuel plate or grind you own, mack plug, 4k springs, and timing advance.

the mack plug is the rack plug.

As for timing 22* was my fav, you will need head studs to run this timing everyday

already have the 2095 rack plug on the 160 pump, the afc mod, 3ks and timing bumped, i guess now i just need to do my head work and put 4ks in and more timing, and possible a turbo or two

What head work are you gonna do?

cumminspwr11 05-06-2010 12:06 AM

would like to stud, o ring, and put the 60lbs springs in. is that overkill or not enough?

94 12valve 05-06-2010 09:31 AM

thats not overkill, its better to be safe than sorry

cumminspwr11 05-06-2010 09:47 AM

does around $1700 sound like a good deal to do the machine work on the head? thats for the o rings as well i believe
