ebay, you can get holsets with 26cm housings for like 600$
and you may as well do the 4k while your in there. just control rpms with your foot untill you can get the 60lb springs

the 60lbs springs are a project to do, you would need a tool to compress the springs so you can take off the clips and put the new springs on, you also have to make sure the cylinder you do is at tdc so you dont lose the valve into the cylinder, even with right tools its kinda a pain to get them set up right so they dont slip apart, you would also have to do a valve adjustment when your all done

i think i shop would charge around 6-8 hours of labor to do them, correct me if im wrong, i did them once on a cr but i cant remember how long it took, the springs are the cheap part

it took me a week to get mine done. I spent 5 hours on the first 11 and number 12 cost me the rest of the time. I did not have the valve lock in all the way and it shot somewhere ( still have not found it).

Moral of the story is allow a lot of time and do not rush.

It's easy to get the valve out just use a hammer and a socket. Getting the spring back in though is a little trickier.
